Items on our website for delivery to countries outside of the European Union (“EU”) may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the delivery is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
- If you’re not happy with your purchase just return it within 30 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price.
- Due to the nature of the product it must be returned in its original and unworn condition and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return.
- We do not cover the cost of any return shipments. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them.
Your order will be refunded the day it arrives back into the showroom. Please allow 3-5 days working days for your money to show up in your account. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
All returns can be sent to: Helmer Limited, 11 Weymouth Street, London W1W 6DD. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item has arrived damaged). If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable) but not the cost of shipping. If your item is faulty when you receive it please notify us within the 30 day policy. If you inform Helmer Limited after the 30 day period of items being faulty, we will endeavour to fix your item as soon as possible but are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

The sole owner of all personal information collected at this site is Helmer, and Helmer will NEVER rent or sell your personal information to any third party. The information collected and stored includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address. While your credit card information is collected at the time of purchase, only the last four digits are stored on Helmer server. Furthermore, all shipping labels are pre-printed at Helmer’s office, so none of your personal information is held or stored by any of the shipping companies that are used to deliver orders.
The information you provide to Helmer will only be used to process your order and to add your name (mailing address and email address) to our mailing list so that you will receive future mails by post or by email. Unless there is a problem with your order you will not be contacted by Helmer. You may update or change the personal information Helmer has collected by sending an email to email@example.com
Should there be any changes to Helmer Privacy Guarantee, all affected users will immediately be notified by email and all relevant changes will be posted to this portion of the site.
We sometimes offer our customers the chance to purchase certain limited styles prior to release or if styles are sold out. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed and guarantees the goods will be shipped immediately once the product arrives into stock. Delivery fee will not be refunded.
